- Our cookers come with a comprehensive 5-year guarantee on all parts except service components.
- To cover the service components we offer a 1 year guarantee on all parts and labour.
Speaking of service items, we’ve got you covered. Glass, fire chamber liners, rope seals, electric hobs, oil jets, and flexible oil lines are the only items not covered by the 5-year guarantee.
However, these items are easily replaceable by your service technician.

At Thornhill, we believe in transparency and ensuring you get the best value for your money:
- Our pricing policy is designed to include all costs or clearly communicate any additional charges.
- When you purchase from us, the price you see includes VAT at 20%. If you reside outside the UK, we offer zero VAT options for export or new build, but please be aware that local import duty may apply.
- For customers in the main part of England, we provide a convenient 2-man delivery service.
- This service covers delivering the cooker to your home and carefully placing it in your kitchen. Our cookers come in one piece, weighing approximately 1/2 tonne. If you have more than 4 steps or encounter tight access, simply let us know, and we’ll accommodate your needs.
- We take pride in offering you a range of optional extras to enhance your cooking experience.
- Our mirror-polished stainless steel lid tops, hand-spun and hand-polished with a plated 1.5mm steel construction, are available at an additional cost. These durable lids will remain dent-free, ensuring your cooker retains its immaculate appearance.
- Additionally, we offer a selection of colours other than black, also at a nominal charge.
